KCA- ABTRACTS

The "Koulagna's Competency Assessment" method relates competency to two factors. Factor x is the knowledge based assessment which includes theoretical learning and/ or apprenticeship based learning while factor y is the unlearned parameter which is further divided into two. Parameter a is the quantitative assessment of individuality and parameter b is the quantitative assessment of purposefulness.

The higher the factor y, the more significant is the improvement achieved with competency enhancement programing.
The kca method works with the assumptions that both learned and unlearned factors contribute equally to competency and that both individuality and purposefulness exert equal magnitutinal effects.
The accuracy of the final scoring bares on the trust that every question is answered with utmost sincerity and that no question is left unanswered.
